THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO NOTIFIY THE PUBLIC THAT SOLICITATION W9127823R0121 WILL POST AT
PIEE.EB.MIL AROUND 11-12 DECEMBER 2023.

W9127823R0121 PERFORM O&M WITH INCIDENTAL REPAIR AND MINOR CONSTRUCTION FOR HEALTHCARE FACILITIES AT IRWIN ARMY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL (IACH), FORT RILEY, KS. THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220.

This project will be a Stand-Alone "C" Type, Firm Fixed Price, Best Value ,Operation & Maintenance (O&M) with incidental Repair and Minor Construction contract. A detailed project description and overall project performance requirements will be included in the solicitation package. This acquisition will consist of full-service O&M of real property facilities, and repair and minor construction as it relates to the O&M mission.
There will be a site visit and pre-proposal conference on 18-19 December 2023. The site visit will begin on 0800 on 18 December thru 19 December 2023. It is therefore the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the website daily for the solicitation to be posted, and for any posted changes or amendments to this solicitation. The plans and specifications and all notifications of changes to this solicitation shall only be made through this posting and modifications hereto. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed-paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest.
