W9127823R0050 PERFORM O&M WITH INCIDENTAL REPAIR AND MINOR CONSTRUCTION FOR HEALTHCARE FACILITIES AT CARL R. DARNALL ARMY MEDICAL CENTER IN SUPPORT OF THE DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY (DAH) PROGRAM, FORT CAVAZOS, TEXAS

THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220.

This project will be a Stand-Alone "C" Type, Firm Fixed Price, Best Value ,Operation & Maintenance (O&M) with incidental Repair and Minor Construction contract. A detailed project description and overall project performance requirements will be included in the solicitation package. This acquisition will consist of full-service O&M of real property facilities, and repair and minor construction as it relates to the O&M mission.
