W9127823R0120 PERFORM O&M WITH INCIDENTAL REPAIR AND MINOR CONSTRUCTION FOR HEALTHCARE FACILITIES AT BAYNE-JONES ARMY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, FORT JOHNSON (POLK), LA. THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220.

This project will be a Stand-Alone "C" Type, Firm Fixed Price, Best Value ,Operation & Maintenance (O&M) with incidental Repair and Minor Construction contract. A detailed project description and overall project performance requirements will be included in the solicitation package. This acquisition will consist of full-service O&M of real property facilities, and repair and minor construction as it relates to the O&M mission.
There will be a site visit and pre-proposal conference on 25 October 2023. The site visit information will be included in the solicitation package.

The plans and specifications and all notifications of changes to this solicitation shall only be made through this posting and modifications hereto.
