Presolicitation Notice for Subsistence Prime Vendor Support for Mexico   2

Background
This solicitation is issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support, specifically the Directorate of Subsistence. The mission of DLA is to provide logistics support to the military and other federal agencies. The goal of this contract is to provide subsistence prime vendor support for visiting U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Naval ships at ports in Huatulco, Manzanillo, Puerto Vallarta, and Tapachula, Mexico, supplying Fresh Fruit and Vegetable (FF&V) items for a term of one year.

Work Details
The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with an economic price adjustment. The maximum dollar value of the contract action is $350,000.00, with a guaranteed minimum amount of $3,500. Offerors must quote Unit Prices and Distribution Prices for all items included in the Schedule of Items. They must quote at least 37 out of 43 items (~85%).

The pricing structure includes:
- Product Prices: Limited to two decimal places.
- Distribution Prices: Fixed for the life of the contract and encompass all costs related to delivering products.
