Presolicitation Notice for Fresh Bread & Bakery Products support for DLA Troop Support to military customers in the State of Virginia, (Group 1: Norfolk Ships, Group 2: Norfolk Land)   3

Solicitation SPE300-25-R-0040 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Bread and Bakery items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense ( DoD ) customers in Norfolk, Virginia. The resultant contracts will be issued as a firm-fixed price IQC with two pricing tiers for all items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period is expected to be from August 03, 2025 to July 29, 2028.

The solicitation contains two (2) groups:

Group 1 Ships Customers in Norfolk

Group 2 Land Customers in Norfolk

All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA BSM internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil If not registered; prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to reviewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation.
