Presolicitation for French language Program

The U.S. Mission in Geneva, Switzerland, intends to release a RFQ to secure a qualified language training provider to deliver high-quality French language courses tailored to the needs of U.S. Mission personnel. The courses will accommodate varying levels of proficiency beginner, intermediate, and advanced and focus on practical language skills relevant to professional and diplomatic contexts.

The government will pay the Contractor the fixed price per session of one hour with a total of approximatively 10 sessions per week.
The anticipated performance period is one base year and four optional renewable periods of one year each, at U.S. Government discretion.
These requirements may change depending on funding availability in certain periods.
System of Award Management registration (https://www.sam.gov) is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors should initiate their registration prior to submitting quotations.
