The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Sacramento District is issuing a construction solicitation, W91238-23-B-0017, for a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for Real Property Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) minor construction in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at Monterey, California. The preponderance of the work is within Presidio of Monterey (POM), Ord Military Community (OMC) and U.S. Signal Activity (USASA) POM Enclave (UPE) which makes up 26 acres of the installation's total footprint.

General Information: Work under this contract is typical of a JOC for small, multi-trade projects comprised of multiple construction trades, which includes but not limited to site work, demolition and build back, replacement of mechanical systems and controls, preservation of infrastructure, renovation, replacement of finishes, and some vertical construction. Procurement will be solicited as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction; the Small Business Administration size standard is $45M per annum. The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. Firm-fixed price task orders placed under this contract will range in value from $2K to $2M.

Work Details
The work under this contract includes a broad variety of small minor construction projects at Presidio of Monterey (POM), California. It consists of a single-award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) with a 12-month base performance period and four 12-month option periods.

The time for commencement of work and the calendar days allocated for completion of work will be determined at the task order level.
