President's Park (PRPA) Construction Management Services with Clearances

Your firm, along with others who have a current General Services Administration (GSA) contract, awarded under Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), Professional Services Technical & Engineering Services Category 541330ENG, is requested to provide a firm-fixed price (FFP) proposal for the construction management services noted in the attached Scope of Services (SOS). Proposals will be evaluated utilizing the Best Value Tradeoff process. The National Park Service (NPS) will select up to three (3) most qualified firms for BPAs that represents the overall best value to meet the Government's needs. Each FFP task order award will be competed among the BPA awardees at the task order level. Questions are due on May 23, 2023. Proposals are due at 0900 am Eastern Time on June 19, 2023.
