Preservation Tapes

This RFP is pursuant to the award of an Open Market Contract for Direct Delivery (CONUS and OCONUS) contract coverage for Preservatin Tapes. This contract will be awarded on an all or none basis using the evaluation criteria of LPTA (lowest price technically acceptable).
* The awarded contract will have a period of performance of one (1) base year open market term contract from the date of award and four (1) year option periods. The award is effective upon the contracting officer's evaluation approval.

In addition to the terms and conditions of this notice, the awarded contract is subject to the terms and conditions of the attached Solicitation Document.

QUOTED ITEMS MUST MEET THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE ATTACHED ITEM PURCHASE DESCRIPTIONS (IPDs) AND ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY THE GSA ACQUISITION CENTER'S TECHNICAL SERVICES BRANCH.
* Delivery and price are considerations for award in accordance with the below criteria:
DELIVERY: F.O.B Destination Delivery is required within 7-10 days ARO (After Receipt of Order) .
PRICE: The government will evaluate quotes received based upon lowest price technically acceptable.
* All estimated quantities are forecasted annual quantities based on the NSN (National Stock Number) PO (Purchase Order) History and are not guaranteed.

Minimum dollar order quantity of $0

All quotes are to be annotated on the attached "Quote Sheet" and emailed to stephanie.hayes@gsa.gov.
