Preschool Comprehensive Curriculum and Portfolio & Assessment System   3

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This synopsis is to make available a notice of proposed contract action as required by FAR 5.201. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires comprehensive preschool instructional and assessment resources that support intentional teaching and purposeful learning based on developmentally appropriate and best practices and standards that are on continuum and vertically aligned to the College and Career Ready Standards (CCRS) for grades K-12. In addition, DoDEA requires a fully aligned digital web-based portfolio and assessment system, as well as an implementation plan and professional learning to support the standards, curriculum and assessment resources and the portfolio and assessment system all of which should be fully aligned.
This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 and will be competed under Full and Open Competition and may result in a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity award with a one (1) year base and four (4) one-year option periods. The anticipated contract type will be firm-fixed price. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 611710 Educational Support Services and the applicable Federal Supply Code (FSC) is U008 Education/Training - Training/Curriculum Development. The RFQ, HE125419Q0038, and all attachments necessary to prepare a quote(s) will be available on FedBizOpps (FBO) on or about October 29, 2019, with a tentative closing date of November 29, 2019.
