Prepared Meals at Marseilles Training Center

Background
The 3637th Support Maintenance Company (SMC) of the Illinois Army National Guard (ILARNG) is conducting Annual Training (AT) at the Marseille Training Center in Marseille, IL from April 25, 2025, to May 8, 2025.
Due to a lack of personnel and an onsite operating dining facility, the SMC requires the procurement of prepared meals from a suitable vendor to maximize training time during this event.

Work Details
The Contractor shall deliver and set up a serving line of prepared meals on specified dates at identified mealtimes.
The meals must be provided in the following quantities:
- Breakfast for 75 personnel from April 26 to May 8, totaling 975 meals;
- Dinner for 75 personnel from April 25 to May 7, also totaling 975 meals.
Meals should closely follow the ILARG 29 Day Menu and must be prepared in a commercial kitchen compliant with food safety regulations.
The contractor is responsible for providing disposable cutlery and serving utensils, delivering meals no more than one hour prior to mealtimes, and removing any leftover meals within one hour after service ends.
The contractor must also accommodate any dietary restrictions communicated at least three days prior to meal dates.
