Background
The contract is issued for the development and provision of a Prekindergarten Comprehensive Curriculum, Portfolio, and Assessment System. The agency aims to ensure that educational resources are accessible to all students, including those with disabilities, in compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver a comprehensive curriculum that includes instructional resources, teacher resources, and assessment systems that meet specific standards. Key tasks include:
- Ensuring all products conform to Revised 508 Standards for accessibility.
- Providing digital Optical Character Recognition (OCR) copies of print materials in various formats upon request.
- Maintaining current copyright dates for materials, ensuring they are not older than 2020.
- Delivering resources free from bias and inclusive of diverse perspectives.
- Providing SCORM-compliant digital modules as part of the curriculum.
- Ensuring all data developed under this contract remains the property of DoDEA and that digital rights are secured for visual materials used in resources.
- Addressing any potential Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) that may arise during contract performance.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations including military installations across the Americas, Europe, and the Pacific region.
