Predictive Combat Power (PCP) Prototype

The prototype project was awarded to Parsons after a White Paper Call #0006, Topic 6; Predictive Combat Power was issued against BAA-21-R-NCFT. The contract was awarded on 01July 2022 as a Cost Plus Fixed-Fee effort. The 12-month base period, was fully funded in the amount of $1,706,278.85. The 12-month option period was negotiated in the amount of $1,758,873.45 and may be exercised after assessing the prototype. Exercise of the option period is at the sole discretion of the Government. This technology is required by the Army, the N-CFT, Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control and Communications-Tactical (C3T); and the Program Manager Mission Command to ultimately inform technology decisions supporting Capability Set 25. The purpose of this PCP prototype is to develop software that will be executable on an equivalent Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE) Tactical Server

Infrastructure (TSI) Brigade (BDE) large and Battalion (BN) small configurations within the constraints of a tactical data fabric, developed within the CPCE software development environment, in a containerized module, and supports Army Mission Command (MC) sustainment planning and execution operations.
