Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is providing industry and potential offerors with notice that the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Proliferated Low Earth Orbit (PLEO) Satellite-Based Services (SBS) procurement will be issued on or around September 18, 2022.

The PLEO SBS procurement will provide emerging, commercial, worldwide, low-latency PLEO services and capabilities to mission partners in support of their operations.

The contract will be awarded competitively as a Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a 5-year base period and one 5-year option period.

The contract will be awarded to the offerors who provide the lowest price technically acceptable proposal utilizing the procedures listed under FAR Part 15.

This is not a request for proposals, and any proposals received as a result of this notice will not be considered.
