Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation to support the ChooseVA initiative, which aims to enhance public awareness of the services and employment opportunities available to veterans.

The Strategic Acquisition Center in Frederick, MD, is responsible for overseeing this contract. The goal is to produce various communication materials that will effectively inform both the public and VA employees about the ChooseVA campaign.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide strategic and tactical communications support for the ChooseVA campaign, including:
1. Developing and producing materials such as videos, logos, digital media products, roadside billboards, pamphlets, posters, and placards.
2. Creating an Advertisement and Communications Plan that outlines strategies for purchasing advertisement space in major media markets.
3. Implementing a full range of communications tactics and strategies required to fulfill campaign goals.
4. Managing execution of communication projects and reporting results.
5. Supporting internal communications efforts within the VA to ensure employees are informed about initiatives.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base ordering period starting in 2025 and ending in 2026.

Place of Performance
The tasks under this PWS shall be performed at the contractor’s site(s), with potential additional sites including other department facilities.
