Background
The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the dry-dock of the USCGC HEALY on the Continental West Coast of the United States.

This procurement aims to ensure that the vessel is maintained in optimal condition to fulfill its mission effectively.

Work Details
The contract includes a comprehensive scope of work that encompasses various tasks and services necessary for the dry-docking of the USCGC HEALY. Key work items include:
1. Fuel Oil Purifier (FOP) Overhaul
2. Lube Oil Purifier (LOP) Overhaul
3. Boiler Annual Maintenance
4. Cleaning and Inspection of various tanks including Aviation Fuel Storage, Hydraulic Oil Stowage, Lube Oil, Ballast, Dirty Oil and Waste, Boiler Feedwater, Sea Bay, Chain Lockers, and Voids
5. Propulsion Shafting removal, inspection, and reinstallation
6. Propeller cleaning and inspection
7. Rudder removal, inspection, and reinstallation
8. Annual maintenance for various cranes and hoists
9. Sea Trials Performance support
10. Damage Control and Firefighting Systems maintenance.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this contract is from January 5, 2026, to May 2, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed on the Continental West Coast of the United States.
