Pre-RFQ Site Visit for USAG-STUTTGART BASOPS BPA

Background
The US Army Garrison Stuttgart (USAG-S) is issuing a Pre-RFQ Site Visit for Base Operation Services (BASOPS) to allow vendors to familiarize themselves with the layout of USAG-Stuttgart, including buildings and locations where services will be performed.

This initiative aims to prepare for an upcoming solicitation via the General Services Administration Multiple Award Schedule (561210FAC).

Work Details
The site visit will take place over two to three days from June 2 to June 4, 2025.

During the first two days, vendors will have the opportunity to walk through and visit physical locations, as well as ask questions regarding the services required. If additional time is necessary, a third day will be allocated for further visits.

Vendors are encouraged to review the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and indicate specific areas of interest or functional service areas they wish to explore. An official itinerary will be provided to those who respond.

Vendors must notify the Points of Contact (POCs) with a completed access roster and a color copy of their passport by May 19, 2025, at 0900 CET. Only two representatives per company are allowed, including subcontractors. Vendors needing installation access must contact the POC for escort arrangements and provide multiple forms of identification. Compliance with German and USAG-Stuttgart installation procedures is mandatory during the site visit, which includes walking around the base for insights into requirements.

Lunch breaks will be provided each day, with access to food trucks and dining facilities that may require cash payment.
