Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing this solicitation for the upfitting of law enforcement vehicles for the Pariah River District Office. The BLM's mission includes managing public lands for various uses, including law enforcement activities.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the operational capabilities of law enforcement personnel through specialized vehicle modifications.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Law Enforcement Vehicle Upfitting in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This includes modifications and installations necessary to equip vehicles for law enforcement operations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and continue until all vehicle upfitting tasks are completed, with a delivery deadline set for September 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the BLM-UT Color Country District located in Cedar City, Utah.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements:
1. Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA).
2. Must be a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) or a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
3. Relevant experience in vehicle upfitting and modifications for law enforcement purposes is preferred.
