Background
The U.S. Embassy Jakarta is seeking to procure professional-grade 4K camcorders for use at @america, the American Center located in Jakarta. The goal of this contract is to enhance the capabilities for high-tech event production, live streaming, and broadcast-quality recording. The equipment must meet high-performance standards suitable for these purposes.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide four (4) professional 4K camcorders that meet or exceed the following specifications:
- Type: Sony PXW-Z300 3-CMOS XDCAM Camcorder (or equivalent)
- Imaging: 1/2"-Type 3-Chip CMOS sensor, 8.29 Megapixel effective resolution.
- Lens: Integrated 17x Optical Zoom lens (35mm equivalent: 30.3 to 515mm) with dedicated manual control rings for Focus, Zoom, and Iris.
- Recording: Internal 4K UHD recording (MP4/XAVC-I/XAVC-L/MXF) at up to 59.94 fps.
- Connectivity/Streaming: Built-in IP Streaming (RTMP, RTMPS, SRT), 12G-SDI Output, HDMI 2.0 Output, and dual XLR 3-Pin Audio inputs.
- Professional Features: Electronic variable ND filter (2 to 7 stops), 4-channel audio recording, and compatibility with the 'Monitor & Control' mobile app (Android/iOS).
- Power: Compatibility with Sony BP-U Series batteries.
The quoted price must include the camera body and essential accessories for immediate operation such as lens hood and eye cup.

Period of Performance
The solicitation issue date is July 13, 2026, with an offer due date of July 28, 2026.

Place of Performance
@america located on the 3rd floor of Pacific Place Mall in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide new/original items with warranties valid in Indonesia and have a representative office in Indonesia with a permanent address and telephone listing. Bidders must have proven prior good working experience with the U.S. Embassy Jakarta for a minimum of three years. For quotations above USD 40,000, bidders must have active registration status prior to submission.
