PR 15570_Repair broken PXI equipment Service

Please see attached Statement of Work, provide a quote that meets the requirements, and that complies with what is identified in this paragraph. The anticipated purchase method for this requirement is the Government Purchase Card (GPC), and a quoted price MUST be for a GPC purchase. If quote exceeds $2500.00 DO NOT quote open market items. GPC purchases are exempt from state taxes. Price is the primary basis for a Best Value Evaluation. Submit only written quotes; oral offers will not be accepted. All firms and/or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). Billing must not occur prior to services. All quotes must be valid for a minimum of 30 days. Solicitation of this quote does not represent any obligation from the U.S. Gov't. In order for a quote to be considered for award, you must follow the directions in this statement.
