New Power Take-Off (PTO) and installation services on an actively used TH60 drill rig.
Background
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Research Drilling Program (RDP) is seeking to procure a new Power Take-Off (PTO) and installation services for an actively used TH60 drill rig. The current PTO is beyond repair, and the procurement aims to ensure the operational efficiency of the drilling rig, which is essential for their mission.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a new PTO that meets specific requirements, including:

1. Type & Functional Design:
- Single-speed transfer case designed for full-time all-wheel drive applications.
- Options for PTO output, hydraulic pump output, and proportional differential.
- Air-actuated differential lock for traction control.

2. Lubrication Requirements:
- SAE 50 engine oil above +10°F, SAE 30 engine oil +10°F, SAE 90 mineral gear oil above +10°F, and SAE 80 mineral gear oil +10°F.

3. Physical Size, Dimensions, and Compatibility:
- Must fit various mounting configurations with specific bolt patterns and shaft sizes.

4. Weights and Torque Specifications:
- Approximately 520 lbs with detailed torque specifications for installation.

5. Delivery and Installation:
- The contractor will install the PTO at their facility and manage the delivery and pickup of the drill rig. All items must be brand new; used or refurbished items are not acceptable.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from March 16, 2026, to April 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
