Background
The primary function of PCMS is to improve planning, management, and control capabilities, maximizing the availability of Wideband resources in both benign and contested environments. The contract aims to perform configuration changes and improved reaction times necessary to overcome Satellite Communications degradation caused by natural weather effects or the effects of a neutral or adversarial actor in a normal or contested SATCOM environment.

Work Details
The contract is for Power Control Management Subsystem (PCMS) to support the United States Army's requirement. It includes a one-year base period and three one-year option periods, with an anticipated start date of September 14, 2023.
