Postage Stamp Replenishment

The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, NM 87420 intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed price contract to Pitney Bowes Reserve Account under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available. Pitney Bowes Reserve Account will be providing replenishment of postage meter fund for NNMC. The contract is for six (6) months plus a six (6) month option period.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
