Background
The solicitation is for a contract to replace floor coverings (carpet or tile) in buildings on Fort Jackson, SC. The contractor is required to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the work. The contractor must adhere to the standards outlined in the contract.

Work Details
The work involves removing and replacing flooring as requested by the government. Additionally, the contractor is required to provide a COR approved asbestos abatement plan, an approved permit issued by DHEC, a list of all employees engaged in the ACM removal and copies of their licenses/certificates. The contractor must also remove and dispose of all asbestos-containing material associated with the project and comply with all SCDHEC regulations during abatement/removal. Furthermore, the contractor is responsible for providing copies of the bill of lading/ship tickets to the COR showing acceptance from the landfill where ACM was disposed.
Various deliverables such as Quality Control Plan, Safety Plan, Job Hazard Analysis, Key Personnel details, Contractor Employee List, Antiterrorism (AT) Level 1 Training certificates, iWatch Training certificates and OPSEC Training Level 1 certificates are also required within specific timeframes after contract award or start.
