Description

The purpose of this acquisition is for the purchase of Reusable Tethered Tandem Barrel (RTTB) delivery system used with the Lockheed Martin C-130J-30 Super Hercules. This contract action was not awarded competitively. This acquisition uses a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) sourced directed by the Royal Norwegian Air Force to go to Butler Parachute Systems, Inc. The period of performance is delivery 50 weeks after contract award.
