These licenses support standardized practices for Army engineering, enabling efficient project completion in design and construction missions.

The Bentley licenses will be used alongside Bentley ProjectWise subscriptions to facilitate project management and collaboration among Project Delivery Teams (PDTs). The services include:
- Project Wise - Base Year
- Design Authoring Platforms - Base Year
- Design Analysis Tools - Base Year
- Project Wise Option Year 1
- Design Authoring Platforms Option Year 1
- Design Analysis Tools Option Year 1

These tools are vital for ensuring project success and quality assurance across all USAGE construction and design contracts.

Period of Performance
The period of performance spans from 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 for the base year, with an option year extending from 01 April 2027 to 31 March 2028.
