The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price Contract for software licenses and associated success support with an estimated annual cost of $532,194 for a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods.

- Posit Package Manager Advanced
- Posit Connect Advanced - 200 Licenses Package
- Posit Workbench Advanced - 20 Licenses Package
- Posit Success Support

DH Technologies, LLC is identified as the only HUBZone small business authorized distributor capable of providing these items. The total estimated value for this procurement action is $3,248,994.

Period of Performance
The contract will cover a Base Period of one year with four one-year option periods.
