The Indiana National Guard issues this Request For Quote (RFQ) to small businesses in order to establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in accordance with FAR 13 and FAR 12 for the rental and service of Portable Chemical Toilets and Hand Wash Stations. The Service Contract Act applies. (see attached labor wage rate and U.S department of labor website)

This is a 24 hour a day military exercise. Vendor must be flexible and willing to accept modifications to this contract for additional or less services within the capabilities of the vendor. Vendor must be available weekends and off hour times for such services as emergencies and relocations. Government will try and keep service requests to a min of 10 units per vehicle trip or additional service trip charge will take effect.

Dumping is allowed free of charge at Camp Atterbury Waste Treatment Facility. Trucks must enter CA empty and will be checked by gate guard. Water obtained from government owned professional check valve is also available free of charge.

You must be up to date in SAM or you will need to fill out the appropriate sections of 52.212-3 (ONLY if you are not updated in SAM) .

This office seeks to promote efficiency and economy in contracting and avoid unnecessary burdens for agencies and contractors. Quotations will be evaluated in an efficient and minimally burdensome fashion. Formal evaluation plans and establishing a competitive range, conducting discussions, and scoring quotations are not required. Contracting offices may conduct comparative evaluations of offers.
