Background
The Marine Force Storage Command (MFSC) requires portable restroom trailers to accommodate an influx of personnel performing temporary work during the period of performance. The goal of this contract is to provide, maintain, and manage portable restroom trailers at Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Albany, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and availability for users.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide, deliver, install, maintain, and service (1) portable restroom trailer at a designated location within MCLB Albany. The services must meet the following requirements:

1. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Ensure all portable restroom trailers are cleaned and sanitized weekly.
2. Functionality: Maintain all facilities in proper working order, including plumbing and electrical systems. Each trailer must have at least one stall; if a trailer with more than one stall is offered, each stall must be clearly labeled and segregated by gender.
3. Availability: Ensure trailers are available and operational as specified.
4. Compliance: Adhere to all applicable regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards.

Specific tasks include:
- Delivery Schedule: Portable restroom trailers must be delivered to 814 RADFORD BLVD., BLDG 1430 Albany, GA 31704-1128 on or before 25 August 2024.
- Installation: Trailers must be set up in designated locations with proper leveling and connection to utility services if required.
- Maintenance and Service: Weekly servicing includes blackwater pump-out, fresh water refill of onboard tanks, comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing of the trailers, routine checks and repairs for functionality, and restocking of consumables such as paper towels and soap.
- Each trailer stall will include at least one toilet, one sink with running water, a trash container for toiletries disposal, paper towel and hand soap dispensers, and hand sanitizer.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from 25 September 2024 to 14 February 2025.

Services will be performed at MCLB Albany Building 1430.
