Background
The U.S. Army Garrison Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is seeking proposals for Portable Toilet Services to support its organic and tenant organizations. This contract aims to provide necessary sanitation facilities, including portable toilets and hand wash stations, in areas lacking permanent facilities.

The contract will ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations while addressing the needs of a large population of over 45,000 civilian and contract employees.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide and maintain portable sanitary toilets and hand wash stations, including standard units and handicapped units, holding tanks, relocation services, and maintenance as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor is responsible for delivering all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services required to fulfill the contract's requirements.

Specific tasks include:
1. Scheduled service of standard units/hand wash stations (NTE 17,130 units).
2. Scheduled service of handicapped portable toilets (NTE 383 units).
3. Scheduled service of non-contractor owned units (NTE 410 units).
4. Non-scheduled service requests for additional cleaning or relocation (NTE 620 units).
5. Provision of special event units for standard (NTE 250) and handicapped (NTE 20) occasions.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, with four one-year options extending through April 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations within the U.S. Army Garrison Redstone Arsenal in Alabama.
