Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing a contract for portable toilet services at Tully Lake Dam and Birch Hill Dam in Royalston, MA. The goal of the contract is to provide essential sanitation facilities for visitors and ensure proper maintenance throughout the duration of the contract. This procurement is set aside for small business vendors.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide six (6) portable toilets, including four (4) standard units and two (2) accessible units, along with all necessary labor, equipment, and materials for cleaning and maintaining these toilets. Services include:
- Cleaning, deodorizing, and stocking each unit with toilet paper and hand sanitizer twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Removal and disposal of all waste items found in the units during cleaning.
- Ensuring that toilet paper dispensers have locking mechanisms to prevent spillage.
- Conducting inspections after each service cycle to ensure compliance with the scope of work.
- Providing personal protective equipment for personnel performing the work.
- All work must conform to local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance will be from contract award through April 30, 2027, with options for two additional years extending through October 31, 2028.

Tully Lake Dam located at 2 Athol-Richmond Road, Royalston, MA; Birch Hill Dam located at 68 Birch Hill Dam Road, Royalston, MA.
