Background
The Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic (SWFLANT) is seeking to award a firm fixed price purchase order for Portable Toilet and Hand Wash Station Rentals. This initiative is part of their mission to ensure operational readiness and support at the Kings Bay Naval Base. The contract aims to provide essential sanitation services in specific locations within the base.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing the following services:

1. Portable Toilet Rental: A total of nine (9) portable toilets will be rented, with weekly service preferably on Fridays. The toilets will be located at various sites including Limited Area (LA) Guard Towers 1 through 4, LA Bus Stop Inside Gate, Fixed Fighting Position (FFP) by Dry Dock in The Waterfront Area, Entry Control Facility (ECF) #2 and #4, and North Gun Pit (Bldg. 5826). Access to these locations requires the ability to enter the Kings Bay Naval Base's Limited Area, with escorts provided as necessary.

2. Hand Wash Stations Rental: A total of nine (9) hand wash stations will also be rented under similar conditions as the portable toilets, with weekly service on Fridays and located at the same sites mentioned above.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is set to commence on or about September 11, 2024, consisting of a 12-month base period followed by three optional 12-month periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Naval Submarine Base in Kings Bay, Georgia.
