This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0924R70094367 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Portable Restroom Trailer. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04 April 01, 2024. This solicitation is a Total Small Business set aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562991. The anticipated delivery date will be 15 days from award. The Government intends to award a purchase order from this solicitation. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be 01 May 2024 31 December 2024.

Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70US0924R70094367 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Portable Restroom Trailer. The Government intends to award a purchase order from this solicitation. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be 01 May 2024 – 31 December 2024.

Work Details
The purpose of this Statement of Requirements is to procure a restroom rental trailer for the United States Secret Service Donald Trump Division in support of CNOS campaign and daily operations. The restroom trailer rental shall contain stalls 8 to 10 stalls for both men and women. There will be weekly or twice weekly clean out and refill services to empty sewage and fill up the water tanks.
There will also be weekly or twice weekly interior cleaning and supply restocks provided by the company providing the trailer. The trailer shall also include A/C, heat, lights, sinks, soap and toilet paper. The rental agreement shall include delivery and pick-up services. The rental agreement shall include a pump-out service schedule or pricing for an as needed basic that will then be requested by the USSS.

Place of Performance
The restroom trailer will be delivered to 1100 South Ocean Blvd, Palm Beach, FL 33480 and set up.
