MICC Center - Fort Knox is soliciting for Portable Latrine, Hand Wash Station, and Shower Rentals for a base year with four (4) one-year option periods for U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Knox, KY. This requirement will support the Fort Knox Department of Public Works, Fort Knox, KY. The NAICS is 562991 with a size standard of $8M.

All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. The solicitation (SF 1449) is posted to the beta.SAM.gov website. Paper copies of the solicitation (SF 1449) will not be available. The solicitation must be downloaded from this website. Amendments, if any, will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov. It is the bidder's responsibility to check for and acknowledge all amendments.

Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Contractors shall ensure SAM registration is active. The official SAM website is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.

This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses.

Bidders must submit any questions regarding this solicitation in writing to the Contracting Officer. Questions shall be received by the contracting officer not later than 4 March 2020 at 2:00 PM (Fort Knox Local Time) in order to allow a response prior to the bid due date. No remarks or written responses to questions by government personnel shall change or qualify any of the terms or conditions of this Invitation For Bids (IFB). The IFB can only be changed by formal written amendment issued by Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Knox. Questions concerning this IFB shall be e-mailed to terry.d.phillips6.civ@mail.mil and samuel.m.henderson1.civ@mail.mil.

All bids shall be submitted no later than the date and time specified for receipt in Block 8 of the SF 1449 or the latest issued amendment. Bids submitted via e-mail or fax will not be accepted.

The bid opening will take place at MICC Fort Knox, Building 1109, Room 257, Fort Knox, KY 40121, at the date and time specified in Block 8 of the SF 1449 or the latest issued amendment. Bidders intending to be present at the bid opening shall allow extra time as it may be required in gaining entrance to the Fort Knox Installation.
