This is a non-personal services contract to provide the rental, delivery, and servicing of portable latrines and hand wash stations in support of personnel across multiple 15th Signal Brigade Training Areas. The contractor shall provide, install, service and stock a total of 84 portable latrines and 37 hand washing stations distributed across the locations specified in this SOW. The question due date for this solicitation will be NLT 2 P.M. (EST) on Monday, 16 March 2026

Background
This contract is issued by the 15th Signal Brigade to provide non-personal services for the rental, delivery, and servicing of portable latrines and hand wash stations.

The goal of this contract is to support personnel across multiple training areas by ensuring adequate sanitation facilities are available.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide, install, service, and stock a total of 49 portable latrines and 24 hand washing stations across specified locations.

The services include:
- Delivering latrines and hand wash stations;
- Pumping out and disposing of all liquid and solid waste in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations;
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the interior of each latrine;
- Restocking toilet paper (minimum of two rolls) in each latrine;
- Refilling hand washing stations with fresh water;
- Restocking soap and paper towels in each hand wash station;
- Ensuring all units are free of debris and in good working order.

The service frequency varies by location, with some requiring two services per week and others one service per week.
