Background
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Gregg-Adams, VA, is issuing a Combined Synopsis Solicitation for commercial portable latrines, hand wash stations, and waste disposal services.

This procurement is competitive and aims to provide clean, sanitary, and effective use of portable toilets and handwashing stations to maintain high sanitation standards in a field environment. Work Details
The contractor shall provide portable toilet rentals and maintenance services, ensuring compliance with federal specifications. Key tasks include:
1. Providing portable latrines (both regular and ADA compliant) and handwashing stations by specified deadlines;
2. Ensuring all units meet defined specifications;
3. Managing response times for delivery orders, with a minimum of 24 hours' notice except in emergencies;
4. Offering short-term (up to 6 months), long-term, and emergency rental options;
5. Conducting weekly cleaning of all units, including pumping out waste, restocking supplies, and applying disinfectants;
6. Providing maintenance and repair services for all units;
7. Ensuring that heavily used units receive additional servicing as needed;
8. Supplying all necessary equipment including latrines, hand wash stations, water tanks, and vehicles;
9. Adhering to quality assurance standards as outlined in the Performance Work Statement.
