Portable Guard Booth

Background
Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA) is seeking to procure a portable guard booth for Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab). The procurement is part of a Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection, and the award will be made to the supplier offering the lowest evaluated price while meeting technical acceptability criteria. The delivery location for the portable guard booth is Fermilab in Batavia, IL.

Work Details
The subcontractor is required to provide a portable guard booth meeting specific specifications, including being portable on a trailer frame, having shore power, insulation including the floor, a secured door, windows all around, galvanized steel diamond plate flooring, an interior counter, interior ceiling light, exterior flood lights on all sides, exterior connection box, safety handrail for the stairs, AC unit and heater unit, space for card access panel and network switch with additional AC power outlets, gate barrier arm operated by the guard, tinted windows (15%), stabilizers, indigo blue color, and a breaker panel to support AC and heat. Optional equipment includes solar power with 810 solar modules or a 6500-Watt gas generator. The delivery date for the Portable Guard Booth is specified as part of the proposal submission.
