Background
The Massachusetts Army National Guard (MAARNG) has a requirement for Portable Chemical Latrines (PCLs) and Hand Washing Stations (HWS) to support their mission of conducting effective and realistic training to enhance unit readiness and capability.

This contract is critical for ensuring proper hygienic and environmental standards during Annual Training at Fort Drum, NY from 28 July to 13 August 2025.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for providing Portable Chemical Latrines and Hand Washing Stations, which includes the lease/rental, delivery, servicing, and removal of these units.

The services must meet all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and directives. Key tasks include:
- Supplying portable latrines with hand sanitation facilities.
- Servicing and cleaning the latrines regularly.
- Relocating units as necessary during the training period.
