Work Details
The contractor is required to provide the following items:
- Heavy duty speaker stands with a load capacity of at least 75 lbs, capable of reaching a height of at least 60 inches (Quantity: 4)
- Wireless microphones with volume and mute controls, operating on a 1.9 GHz frequency-hopping system, with a range of up to 300 feet (Quantity: 4)
- Sound systems that operate on the 1.9 GHz wireless frequency, designed for speaker stand pole mounting, rated for groups of up to 2,000 people (Quantity: 2)
- Portable audio speakers capable of supporting at least four wireless microphone connections, wireless connection to other speakers, and equipped with rechargeable batteries lasting at least eight hours (Quantity: 2)
- Wireless body pack transmitters operating on the 1.9 GHz frequency with a battery life of at least six hours and a 3.5 mm connector plug (Quantity: 1)
- Headband microphones featuring a 3.5 mm connector plug (Quantity: 1)
- Additional portable audio speakers operating on the 1.9 GHz frequency, equipped with heavy-duty wheels for transportation, rechargeable batteries lasting at least six hours per charge, a 3.5 mm AUX input, and capable of reaching crowds of up to 2,000 people (Quantity: 2)
- Weatherproof covers for the above equipment (Quantity: 2)
- Adjustable microphone stands with non-slip rubber feet and adjustable boom height ranging from at least 35 inches to 60 inches (Quantity: 2)
