The solicitation is for the PORT ARTHUR AND VICINITY 03A (PAV03A) FRONTING PROTECTION FOR PUMPING STATIONS in N, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS. The estimated price range of this work is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. The solicitation includes provisions for an equitable adjustment in the contract price based on any increase or decrease in costs due solely to the variation above 115 percent or below 85 percent of the estimated quantity. It also includes provisions for extension of time if the quantity variation causes an increase in the time necessary for completion.

The Technical Proposal shall consist of tabs for assumptions, past performance assessment worksheet, proposed contract duration & summary schedule, and small business participation proposal.
