Pope AAF - Role Players for SUT and OPFOR   4

Background
The 352d Special Warfare Training Squadron (SWTS) is responsible for conducting Combat Control and Special Reconnaissance Apprentice Courses. This contract aims to provide specialized role player and opposition forces (OPFOR) support during the Small Unit Tactics (SUT) and Field Training Exercise (FTX) iterations of these courses. The goal is to enhance training realism and allow instructors to focus on student instruction, feedback, and safety oversight.

The SWTS conducts three classes per year, with each class requiring multiple training iterations in a field environment.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for specialized role player and OPFOR support as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include:

1. Providing labor for role players and OPFOR during SUT and FTX events.
2. Ensuring all personnel have their own lodging and transportation to exercise sites.
3. Assisting in Full Mission Profile iterations by providing a Contractor Planner, Role Player Manager (RPM), OPFOR personnel, role players, and access to a simulated village within 10 miles of Camp Mackall, NC.
4. Supporting Special Operation Forces (SOF) units in executing missions during SUT/FTX events.
5. Adhering to quality assurance standards as outlined in the contract.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from December 22, 2024, to December 21, 2025. There are also options for extensions that may extend the performance period into subsequent years.

Place of Performance
The SUT/FTX events will occur at Fort Liberty Ranges including Camp Mackall.
