PolyWorks Maintenance Renewal

The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to procure via sole source to Innovmetric to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for a 12 month maintenance contract for three (3) licenses of Brand Name Innovmetric PolyWorks Inspector Premium and Modeler Premium software. This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
