The US Naval War College (NWC) requires Polycom Video Teleconferencing equipment consisting of JITC approved, TAA compliant base units, 4k video CODECs, cameras, remotes, receivers and microphone arrays for use in secure environments. Please see the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ) N0018924RR058 for all details and instructions for the submission of quotes.

5 September 2024 - RFQ Amendment 0001 is attached to change the required part numbers and extend the solicitation due date to 12 September 2024 at 5:00 PM. The document titled "Part Numbers - Amendment 0001.xlsx" has also been attached to show the updated required part numbers.

Background
The US Naval War College (NWC) requires Polycom Video Teleconferencing equipment for use in secure environments.
