Background
UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. is issuing this solicitation for a five-year fixed price indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity type contract for the supply of woven 100% Poly, Micro, Denier fabric.

The agency aims to procure materials that are compliant with the Berry Amendment, ensuring that all items are sourced from domestic suppliers only. This requirement is unrestricted and aims to support the agency's mission of providing goods and services to federal agencies while also promoting the use of domestic commodities.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of 100% Poly, Micro, Denier fabric with specific requirements:
- Lot 2: 100%, POLY, MICRO, DENIER, OD, 2.0 OZ (FAB4750)
- Minimum Order Quantity: 10,000 yards
- Estimated Quantity: 120,000 yards (maximum)
- Guaranteed Minimum Quantity: 20,000 yards for Lot 1 and 10,000 yards for Lot 2.
- The fabric must be Berry Amendment compliant and sourced from domestic suppliers only. No foreign items or components are acceptable.
- A Certificate of Conformance (COC), applicable physical test results, and packing slip must accompany each shipment as a condition of acceptance at destination.

Deliveries will be made to UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., Butner Cutting Operation-FMC, Old North Carolina HWY 75, Butner, NC 27509.
