Polaris Ranger Electric Vehicle (EV) 4 wheel drive Utility Vehicles (UTV)

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) Glynco, Georgia Campus.

This Request for Quote (RFQ), is for the following Electric Vehicle (EV) 4 wheel drive Utility Vehicles (UTV), in accordance with the attached specification.

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ).

2. Detailed Description: The elected Administration and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have executed an initiative to aggressively convert from petroleum-based vehicles to electric vehicles (EV), with the end goal of 50% of the DHS fleet converted by 2030. In support of this DHS initiative, we intend to purchase four (4) Electric Utility Vehicles (UTVs).

3. Substitutions or equivalents will be accepted.

4. Used, like new or refurbished item(s) will not be accepted. This acquisition is set-aside for small business per FAR Part 19; the applicable NAICS is 336112 with a size standard of 750 Employees.

5. One (1) Firm, fixed price award is anticipated. If you wish to compete for this acquisition, provide a price quote, delivery time to FOB Destination, specification sheet, and include your Federal TAX ID Number, CAGE Code and UEI number on your quote. This award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer that conforms to the attached specifications. Specification detail must be provided with all quotes to determine acceptability. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and/or additional information. The Government reserves the right to make no award resulting from this RFQ. Quotes must be valid for 90 days.

6. If you have a delivery fee to ship the item, please include that amount in your grand total.
