This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310 with a small business size standard of $7.5 million. This requirement IS NOT a set aside for small businesses.

REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION:
This is a requirement to provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on 14 Polar King Walk-In Freezers model number M1010 located at various locations on Fort Jackson, SC.

Period of Performance: This requirement is for three (3) one year ordering periods:
5 August 2016 - 4 August 2019

RESPONSIBLE SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Price quote which identifies the requested item(s) unit and total price using attachment 1.
2. Point of contact to include: Representative name, phone and fax number, and email address.
3. Prompt Payment Terms.
4. Remittance address, Tax Identification Number, DUNS number and Cage Code number.

Note: Any amendments made to this solicitation will be accessible via FEDBIZOPPS.GOV.

Prior to submitting an offer, Offeror(s) shall be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) per FAR 52.204-7 System for Award Management. Registration instructions may be obtained and online registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov. By submitting a bid, the Offeror acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the SAM prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract or purchase order resulting from the solicitation. To be eligible for award, Offeror(s) must be registered in SAM. In addition, unless available via SAM (i.e. www.sam.gov) Offeror(s) shall include a completed copy of their Representations and Certifications as per the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer (see attachment 2)
