Background
The solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for construction work in Poland, specifically at Naval Support Facility Redzikowo. The contract includes a base period and four one-year option periods, with individual task orders specifying delivery or performance requirements. The contractor is required to comply with all applicable U.S. federal and local host nation laws and regulations.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform renovations, repairs, maintenance, replacements, alterations, and demolition task orders. The work ordered under this contract will not require the Contractor to provide designs.
All Task Order work will require scope development by the Contractor.
Pricing for each Task Order will be by pre-priced (R.S.MEANS Cost Data) and non-pre-priced methods.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods. The performance of the contract will be from 29-AUG-2024 to 28-FEB-2030.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will primarily occur in and around Naval Support Facility Redzikowo Poland. Specific site locations shall be stated in individual task orders.
