Update 12 May 2021. The purpose of this update is as follows:

Attachment 7 FA8224-21-R-0005 12 May 2021 revised item 8, offer due date from 17 May 2021 to 19 May 2021. FAR 52.225-6 Trade Agreements Certificate provision is added to the solicitation (see page 81) and requires the offeror to list (in 52.225-6(b)) as other end products those supplies that are not U.S.-made or designated country end products. The 52.225-6(c) addresses how the items will be evaluated IAW the provision. The reason for the change to the offeror due date is to provide offerors additional time to comply with FAR 52.225-5 and FAR 52.225-6 requirements.

This is the official Request for Proposal (RFP) for the FA8224-21-R-0005 Point of Use (POU) Consumables at Hill AFB, UT

The purpose of this contract is to provide consumable supplies and shop operating materials for OO-ALC at Hill AFB, Utah and GSUs of OO-ALC listed within Appendix E. In addition to the GSUs listed in Appendix E, this requirement may be expanded to include support for expanded depot operations within a 30 mile radius of Hill AFB. The Contractor shall procure and distribute consumables supplies and shop operating materials in Government owned Point of Use (POU) Consumable machines or through nonstock requests.

FA8224-20-R-0015 Hill AFB Point of Use (POU) Consumables pre-award notice is related to this solicitation.
