This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a vendor to pump out the septic holding tank, then, remove and dispose of all effluent and debris in an acceptable manner at a licensed disposal facility in accordance with all state and federal rules, regulations, laws, and specifications of this contract.

The work shall include the furnishing of all materials, equipment, and supplies and the performance of all labor and all incidentals necessary to pump and clean the septic holding tank at the Point Marion Lock and Dam project.
