Pocatello Operations and Maintenance Services (OMS)

This is a solicitation notice for Operations and Maintenance Services (OMS). The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement for performance-based OMS recurring facility maintenance services as well as non-recurring services, which may include project management oversight for the Pocatello Campus. The proposed contract will be 100% full and open competitive procurement. This service will be conducted at the Pocatello Campus in Bannock County, Idaho. Period of performance will be twelve (12) months plus 4 twelve (12) month options and a one (1) six-month extension optional period. The government intends to make a single award Firm-Fixed Price and Time & Materials Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the offeror that represents the best overall value based upon an assessment of security, technical/technical risk, past performance, cost/price, and small business utilization. Solicitation No. 15F06720R0000098 will be issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561210. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 10 September 2020 at www.beta.SAM.gov. Proposals shall be submitted via mail in accordance with the instructions in the RFP. No proposal email submissions will be accepted. Anticipated award date will be on or around 01 December 2020.
